ART SPECIFICS

2D ART

To draw digitally, I use an XP-PEN Artist 24 Pro. Illustrations, texture painting, and animation is all done in Krita.I started drawing in 2013, but I'd transitioned to a digital tablet around 2017. Between 2017-current, I've taken requests and a handful of commissions.

2D/ 3D, ANIMATION & STORYBOARDING

Done on Toon Boom or Krita.Only learnt the principles and fundamentals of animation recently, in 2023, but have been animating since early childhood (FlipNote studio, the champ). Began storyboarding around 2020, but never ended up finishing any.

MUSIC

Musical compositions transcribed from pen and paper to MuseScore. Productions done on FL studio or Cubase.Began sometime around 2020. Transcribing actual compositions and performing on the piano supersedes my ability to produce.

3D, MODELING & TEXTURING

All 3D-Modeling is done in Blender, and preferred program for texture painting is Krita. On occasion, I may use Adobe Substance Painter.I began 3D sculpting the same year I got my drawing tablet, in 2017. Properly learnt how to UV unwrap and texturize models much later on. Likewise, I've also taken several requests, and have offered paid services for models and UV texturing.

WRITING

Programs used for writing vary depending on the medium. Screenplays I write on WriterSolo, novels and stories on Google Docs and Word. For the sake of convenience, I'll typically begin any draft on Docs.I've had the passion for writing since way before art or modeling. 2010, likely. Never wrote for commission or took requests, but have always been open to the prospect.

HOBBIES

Aside from the obvious, I like video games. Games like ULTRAKILL, Elden Ring, HALF-LIFE (BLUE SHIFT, if I had to pick a favourite), ELDER SCROLLS (all of them), Remember Me, and Overwatch, on a good day. Don't even joke about Tomodachi Life. I don't keep my hopes high, but I'd someday like to graze the industry and get a job developing one. That might be a hobby in and of itself.I also keep isopods as a hobby. I like to observe the different variants. My largest and sole colony at the moment is the common genus of Porcellio expansus. I think they're pretty awesome. I call them Archimedes, all except for one, who I call Euclid. He is my son.

The first two images are Euclid. He especially hates me, and is perhaps the least sociable isopod in the colony. I think he's bitter because none of the females want to date him. At least he's always got his mamma.Aviation, I'd say, is also a pretty big hobby of mine. I like eavesdropping in on my local airport's ground frequency, or London can get pretty bogged up, so I might pop by there as well. I don't care so much about the actual planes themselves; like, I couldn't tell you the difference between a Boeing 777 and a 787. But what I do know is a lot of unnecessarily specific information about my airport's taxiways. That, in and of itself, is pretty neat.
